Ramas Rentelis (Team Captain)Position: Forward Height: 190cm (6ft2) DOB Year: 1981 Age: 30 Nationality: British Club: London Lions GB Caps: 9 Background:• Have played for several years for Lithuania deaf basketball teams for the Vilnius Cup. • Played for hearing team – South Lincoshire Dragons in Spalding – two league championships in a row 2006-2007. • Currently playing for hearing team – Haringey Warriors in Tottenham, North of London. • 2008 GTSV International Deaf Basketball club tournament, Frankfurt, Germany. • 1st DIBF EuroCup 2009 Club Tournament, London, United Kingdom.• 2nd DIBF EuroCup 2010 Club Tournament; Trapani, Italy.• 3rd DIBF EuroCup 2011 Club Tournament; Patras, Greece. • Played against CSSM Paris Deaf Basketball club. • Tour to Israel for two friendly matches with 1 won and 1 loss, against U21 Israel Basketball team and Tev-Aviv Deaf Basketball club. • Joined London Lions in 2007.
